The main difference between both terms is Search Engine Optimization is a component of Search Engine Marketing, As I mentioned above that SEM Includes Paid Component. Both marketing statics are better but personally, I would argue that SEO the Best approach.

DA:-   Da means (Domain Authority) which is developed by MOZ. Da mainly predicts the Search Engine Ranking Score. The Domain Authority score range is 1-100. Domain Authority calculated by directory submission and other sources. Frankly speaking, the site which has high-quality external links is scored better in Domain authority. Low Domain authority has fewer inbound-links so they scored too low is Domain Authority. You Check your Domain Authority by Google chrome Extension(MOZ)

PA:-  Pa means (Page Authority) which is also developed by MOZ. Page Authority predicts how well a specific page will rank on the Search Engine. The Page Authority score range is 1-100. Page Authority is based on data we are giving on the web on particular pages. It’s very easy to rank 20-40 but it’s too difficult to increase in 40-60. You Check your Page Authority by Google chrome Extension(MOZ).

Retrieval:- When a user searches in google a specific keyword o phrase google goes through all its data index database and looks for the matched keyword & phrase content. Search engine improve their algorithms every day so that the user can get the exact data that matched to the user has input keyword and phrase
